My house was robbed and made the request, our insurance company sent a week ago. How long does it usually returns to a check of their application to get? a few weeks? Months?
If it helps, we have an American family, insurance, and claimed $ 20,000 in stolen property.

First, you probably need to respond to an adjuster, and a list of stolen items. During adaptation the police reports and other information collected.
