My baby is 15 months has had a seizure (fever, chills, and then lost consciousness) about 9 days after a dose of MMR vaccine ... not yours? My doctor told me it could not be killed, but I'm sure. When you have a crisis?

It is not uncommon for children to have a seizure with fever. When this happens, it is considered fever. Going unconscious for some time after the crisis is also normal, its called a Post-Dictal state. It is very alarming to parents, but it happens quite often. 9 days is a long time after a shot to start the symptoms of a reaction to it. If fever is characterized by the vaccine or something else like a cold does not matter unless you have checked out cause your doctor or an ambulance if it happens to the baby. These attacks do not usually show that the child is suffering from crises in life.
