What about Hanauma Bay? (8 km. Outside of Waikiki) You can travel back to Waikiki to make and has plenty of time for an impressive diving there. (the equipment can be rented on the beach)

Not sure if you know where to rent the bikes, but owners have to work dozens of proposals for "motorcycle travel" on the amount of time you have, and their comfort and basic riding. Also offered is an independent tour of Google Maps is usually included in the rent, since the hull and liability insurance.
Remember --- All you need to take a valid driving license to a lease. That may be absurd to speak, but many people do not know that this is required for the rental and / or use a scooter / moped in Hawaii.
